IBDCP SIGN

LEGAL & TRUST

Clear terms for trusted agreements.

Privacy Policy

IBDCP Sign processes account, contact, contract metadata, signer evidence and billing information solely to provide, secure and document the signing service. Contract files and personal evidence are stored encrypted off-chain; only privacy-minimised cryptographic proofs are intended for IBDCP Explorer. Legal bases may include contract performance, legal obligation and legitimate interests. Retention follows the selected plan, applicable law, contractual requirements and legal holds. Users may request access, correction, restriction, portability or deletion where legally available by contacting info@blockcontrol.de.

Production deployment must publish the final processor list, hosting region, DPO contact where applicable, retention schedule, international-transfer safeguards and cookie configuration.

Terms of Use

Users must have authority to upload and send documents, identify recipients accurately and choose a signing level suitable for the document and jurisdiction. IBDCP evidence supports integrity and auditability but does not replace notarisation, witnesses, handwritten form or a qualified electronic signature where the law requires them. Free use includes three completed documents; paid plans and third-party identity or trust-service costs follow the displayed order terms.

Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, unlawful content, security threats, payment failure or violation of these terms. Completed evidence is not silently modified or erased; lawful retention and legal-hold duties prevail.

Security

The target production architecture uses tenant isolation, least privilege, encrypted transport and storage, KMS/HSM-managed keys, append-only evidence, one-use signing capabilities, signed webhooks, malware scanning, rate limits, monitored backups and incident response. Secrets and contract content are excluded from Explorer and operational logs. These controls are launch requirements, not a claim that the pre-deployment build is compliant. Security concerns should be reported privately to info@blockcontrol.de.
